SEEING THE SAVIOR
Bidwell Presbyterian Church is now exhibiting the CIVA (Christians in the Visual Arts) collection Seeing the Savior through Sunday, April 28, 2013. From the Annunciation to the Second Coming, 35 insightful and colorful interpretations of the Birth, Ministry, Passion, Ascension, and Return of Christ are masterfully portrayed by thirteen artists from a variety of artistic and ethnic backgrounds. This show was curated by Sandra Bowden. It features the work of Laura James, New York artist of Antiguan heritage; Viera Hlonikova, from Slovakia; Rudolph Bostic, an African American Outsider Artist from Georgia; Sadao Watanabe from Japan; along with several well-known CIVA artists.

Wednesdays 3 - 6:30pm and 7:45 - 8:30pm
Thursdays 11:30am - 1:30pm
